DMCA Policy

DMCA Policy

Saudi Arabia Designer respects the intellectual property rights of others. We expect our users to do the same. This policy describes our approach to handling copyright infringement claims under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

We are committed to removing infringing content, such as unauthorized use of interior design images, articles, or other creative works, when a valid notice is received. Our goal is to maintain a lawful and respectful environment for sharing design inspiration and information.

Filing a Copyright Infringement Notification

If you believe content on saudiarabiadesigner.com infringes your copyright, please send a written notification. The DMCA requires specific information to make your notice valid. Failure to provide all required details may delay our response.

Your notification must include the following elements:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed. Please provide specific details like a URL or title.
  • Identification of the material claimed to be infringing or the subject of infringing activity. You must provide its location on our site, ideally with a URL to the specific page.
  • Your contact information: address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in the notification is accurate. Also, state, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

Send your complete DMCA notice to our designated agent: [email protected]. We review all notices carefully.

Submitting a Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed due to a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. This allows you to dispute the copyright claim. A valid counter-notification must also meet specific DMCA requirements.

Your counter-notification should contain:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material removed and its location on the site before removal.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number.
  • A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district where your address is located (or if outside the U.S., for any judicial district in which Saudi Arabia Designer may be found). You must also accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification.

Please send your counter-notification to [email protected]. We will forward it to the original claimant. The removed material may be restored within 10-14 business days unless the copyright owner files a court action.

Repeat Infringer Policy

Saudi Arabia Designer adheres to a strict policy regarding repeat infringers. We reserve the right to terminate access to our services for users who repeatedly infringe copyrights. This includes deleting accounts and removing content.

We take multiple valid infringement claims against a single user seriously. Our aim is to protect intellectual property rights within the design community we serve.
